The purpose of the Partnership is to manage, capital investments and strategic financial partnerships, including small business lending and asset management.
The General Partners
- Make Investments, loans, notes, financing agreements, obligations and other commitments of the capital funds of
the Limited Partnership and the Capital Funds in each Limited Partner’s or Investor’s Investment account. - Acquire tangible assets, including real or personal property, bonds, notes, or other instruments for the use of the
Partnership on the terms and conditions as the General Partner(s) may, from time to time, determine to be
advantageous to the Partnership.
